Drive-by Appraisal

A drive-by appraisal is an exterior only inspection of your home from the street. The appraiser will "drive-by" the property and gather any data necessary about the exterior only of the property.

The appaiser will:

• Take photos of the exterior of the property from the Front,sides and rear (if possible) of the property.

• The appraiser will note the exterior features of the property and any outbuildings that may be associated with the property
• Make note of any exterior damage that is visable that may effect the overall value of the home.
